Qualified applicant job duties will include:
Bilingual REQUIRED (English-Spanish)Greeting Visitors
Signing in and our Visitors
Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals
Maintain Reception area
Answering multi lines phone system
Sorting and Distribution of Mail and packages
Filing
Data Entry
Clerical Task as needed
RequirementsOther important skills and qualification include
- Flexibility and the ability to prioritize new tasks as they come in
- Will need exceptional multitask ability
- Interpersonal communications
- Time Management
- Customer Service
- Must have great computer skills
- Needs to have experiences in Microsoft Excel
- 1-3 Years Office Setting Experiences required
- Bilingual REQUIRED
- Must be able to speak, Read and write Spanish
- 8 AM-5 PM must be flexible
