Shipping/ Receiving -Assembly of Railroad

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow all company rules, policies, and procedures.

• Prepare domestic and international shipments in accordance with shipping requirements and specifications per established procedures.

• Assemble and check orders, perform packing and crating, attach or stencil shipping instructions.

• Receive all incoming materials, supplies, equipment, and returned goods.

• Check received goods against purchase orders or receiving papers.

• Check quantity, type, size, part numbers, dimensions, etc. to properly identify materials.
• Route or deliver materials to storage or manufacturing locations.
• Maintain records and prepare receiving and shipping reports.
• Load and unload trucks utilizing available material handling equipment.
• Safely operate gas powered fork truck.
• Operate power wash equipment to clean parts prior to shipment as instructed.
• De-burr parts prior to shipment as required.

1st shift. 7:00am-3:30pm

Pay range: $17.00/hr.-$18.00/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certification on Fork Truck Standard.
