Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Recording readings on an hourly basis

• Monitoring and/or adjusting liquid and steam levels for efficient operation.

• Monitoring the PH of the wastewater discharge, testing product samples using simple lab procedures, recording results of tests.

• Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.

• Safely starting, monitoring, and shutting down the Evaporation System.

• Attendance at safety meetings.

• Submitting work orders on equipment and facilities requiring maintenance.

• Ability to connect/disconnect heavy industrial hoses for load-in/load-out purposes.

• Ability to climb stairs and ladders to observe and test product.

• Unloading/loading of tanker trucks, railcars, syrup trucks, totes, barrells, and kegs.

• Carry and distribute bags of chemicals weighting up to 50 pounds.

• Use tools, arms and hands to open and close heavy duty vesssels and valves to route product thru the distillation process stations.
