Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day.
- Complete cleaning requests or tasks promptly.
- Walk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and outside of buildings and grounds are well maintained.
- Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean and orderly appearance, and that everything is in working condition: Vacuum, dust, clean surface areas, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.
- Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed.
- Show respect for all residents at all times.
- Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the work that needs to be done - turnover within 3 days of a move-out.
- Customer service focused
- Bring a positive attitude to work daily!
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be dependable
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, walking, bending, stooping, reaching frequently, exposure to cleaning chemicals, work indoor/outdoor
