Alameda Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is a 250-bed skilled nursing facility located in Perth Amboy, NJ. We are seeking an Assistant Director of Social Services. Minimum of bachelor's degree and CSW required. Experience in Long Term Care preferred but not required. English/Spanish bilingual a plus. Must have excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Outlook are required. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to quarterly and annual assessments of residents, conflict resolution, family meetings, participation in facility Quality Assurance committe, attend weekly Utilization Review meeting, etc. Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9pm-5pm.
