Seeking candidates with the following experience:

• 5 years of defense litigation experience
• Labor & Employment Defense experience preferred!
• Review and analyze discovery - responding to discovery
• Document Review
• Case Management
• Maintaining Privilege Logs
• Site Checking
• Deposition Prep
• Must be knowledgeable with e-discovery software
• Experience from a Mid to Large size firm
• Job Stability is a Must!
• 4 year degree required

Note:

• This is a hybrid position 3 days in office
