Responsibilities
Manage the mail including, but not limited to, receiving, sorting, and sending any mail.
Attend meetings with management and take notes and follow up on to-do items.
Manage company administrative email account and reply when necessary.
Order office supplies when necessary.
Assist with HR tasks.
Book travel arrangements when necessary.
Draft written correspondence to vendors, employees, or clients.
Be the first point of contact for new hires and assist with first day tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
At least 2 years in a customer service role, preferably an administrative position.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.
High attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
