Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
Monitor residents' health conditions, record vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Provide emotional support to residents and their families, creating a caring and compassionate environment.

Requirements:

Valid and current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
