Role: SAP Functional Lead

Responsibilities

Management
Lead and guide several functional sub-teams through all phases of the SAP migration project.
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
Partner with the client to ensure outcomes align with their expectations.

Functional expertise
Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including but not limited to Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
Analyze current business processes and functionalities to identify areas of change/improvement during the migration.
Provide expert advice on SAP best practices and ensure the implementation aligns with organizational goals.

Requirement Analysis
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring alignment with SAP capabilities.
Cross-workstream support and collaboration -
Support major cross-workstreams activities such as: data migration, change management/training, cutover and integrated testing.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
10 full lifecycle SAP implementations (Experience with migrations from ECC to S4Hana a plus).
5 years at a Big 4 consulting company.
In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and functionalities.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-workstream teams.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
