Job Summary:
Experience working in Financial institutions business analysis, requirements gathering and testing
Experience in agile and scrum projects
Experience working in instant payments - Zelle, RTPs, FedNow with payment formats like ISO20022, SWIFT, NACHA
Experience working in data mapping for fraud detection, sanctions, daily/weekly reporting needs
Experience in ACH formats and settlement process
Experience in documenting Restful APIs involved in Payments processing
Experience working with third party systems and products - TCH, NEWS

Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for Payments Product-Functional projects

- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using Agile and Scrum methodologies

- Provide detailed insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive project success

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to maintain project momentum

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones by closely monitoring progress and addressing any roadblocks

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of payment solutions to ensure they meet business requirements

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution to ensure successful outcomes

- Engage with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into project improvements

- Provide training and support to team members on Agile and Scrum best practices

- Monitor industry trends and advancements in payment technologies to keep our solutions competitive

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team collaboration and innovation Qualifications

- Possess a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with proven experience in leading projects - Demonstrate expertise in Payments Product-Functional domain with a strong track record of successful project delivery

- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges

- Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members

- Hold a Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field

- Have a certification in Agile or Scrum, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP - Display a proactive and results-oriented approach to project management
