Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and construction, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on the job site
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ProCore, Primavera)
- Familiarity with construction estimating software (e.g., HeavyBid)
- Experience with CAD software (e.g., Civil 3D) is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
