Who We’re Looking for
As a Sales Operations Coordinator you will support ParentSquare lead generation and awareness by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of clean marketing data to the appropriate internal stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales initiatives by managing various data review tasks, optimizing processes, and ensuring data integrity within our sales data related systems. As a member of the revenue operations team, you will work closely with SMB sales leadership and the marketing team as a key player in ensuring the sales team receives quality contact information in a timely manner so that all prospects and customers alike are guaranteed prompt responses when inquiring about new products and features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Routinely review and route inbound leads generated through marketing activity, ensuring timely follow-up by the appropriate sales or marketing personnel and improvement to accuracy of data in the CRM going forward.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and CRM functionality requests as well as building of sustainable dashboards to provide sales with key insights.
  • Refresh and update the contact database regularly to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Complete import mapping for new data sources, ensuring seamless integration with existing sales systems and adherence to data standards.
  • Assist in the maintenance of sales technology tools (e.g., CRM, sales automation software) to enhance data management capabilities and operate related CRM workflows.
  • Monitor data quality and hygiene, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions as needed to address inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data-related issues, identify root causes, implement solutions to improve data integrity and usability, and provide ad hoc lists for outreach to current database contacts
  • Support the development and documentation of data management processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing operations and data management.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following
  • 2 years of experience working in a sales or marketing operations environment
  • Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong sense of urgency
  • Familiarity with sales technology tools and platforms is essential. Candidates should have some experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), and/or sales enablement platforms (e.g. Salesloft, Outreach)
  • A strong understanding of data management principles, including data entry, cleansing, validation, and manipulation
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
