Parfumerie is currently recruiting for Sales Associate position at our Federal Way and Tacoma Mall locations..

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To achieve sales goals and develop lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate will achieve these by providing the highest level of customer service and complying with all company policies, procedures and directives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet daily, weekly and monthly store sales goals
Utilize your sales and service experience to maximize sales performance
Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise
Comply with all sales related policies and procedures

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Provide the highest level of customer service
Build and maintain repeat customers
Resolve all customer problems and complaints quickly and efficiently in keeping with company policies.

OPERATIONS:

Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, clean, organized and stocked
Assist in the maintenance of all inventory on the sales floor
Assist in all areas of receiving merchandise, stocking and related paperwork.
Participate in inventories
Comply with all Point-of-Sale policies and procedures
Properly execute all relevant register functions
Adhere to work schedule
Participate in all relevant training programs and meetings as directed by store management

EXPERIENCE:

Previous retail sales experience required (minimum 1 year).
Ability to be a team player, outgoing, approachable and congenial.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
MUST be available on weekends and FLEXIBLE availability is desirable.
15-20 HRS A WEEK
