Job Summary:

Full time technician at 250 unit property.
Will be responsible for unit turns and work orders.
General knowledge of painting, light carpentry, plumbing and electric.
Must be able to communicate well with residents.
Must be self motivated and honest.
On the job training provided.
Full time with excellent health insurance.

Pay: From $20.91 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
