Looking for a success driven Sr. Human Resources (HR) Generalist to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as compensation and benefits, including payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment and retention, US Immigration, and training and development. If you are looking to broaden your career in HR, this is the place to be. Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR. The goal is to ensure the HR department s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.
The Sr. HR Generalist contributes to the Human Resource practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, high standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Responsibilities:
Administering compensation and benefit plans including bi-monthly payroll processing
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including US immigration processing
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan and deliver training & development
Address employee questions regarding practices, policies and procedures
Prepare documentation and reports related to HR functions and activities
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
BSc/BA
Proven experience as HR Generalist with at least 3 years of experience
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
3 years payroll processing experience using Paycom HRIS. Previous Paycom implementation preferred.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and people skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Strong reconciliation and data audit skills with attention to details
Excellent teamwork with a result driven approach
HR Certification is a plus
Additional HR training is a plus
