Park Dental is Hiring a Patient Care Coordinator - St. Louis Park Near Minneapolis, MN
Park Dental St. Louis Park is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.
Responsibilities:Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment
Professional customer service
Effective communicator and team player
Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
M -12:30pm 8:15pm
T - 1:30pm 8:15pm
W - 6:30am 2:15pm
TH - 6:30am 2:15pm
F - 6:30am 2:15pm (occasionally 4:15pm)
S - 7:00am 2:45pm (approximately 5 6 times/year)
