- Installing new software and hardware components
- Regularly Maintaining our Ticketing System to ensure all tickets are worked and accounted for
- Respond to Troubleshooting tickets as assigned
- Athena Superuser, assisting in needs of all Athena users
- Assist with Software updates and patches
- Resolving all issues staff have with their IT systems and software
- Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of our computer network
- Act as vendor liaison between PDCHC and vendors
- Continuous training to remain up to date on system and software technologies
- Support Athena software as well as any other operation Applications
- Maintaining Office 365
- All other duties assigned
- Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 15 or more pounds
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- Professional IT Certifications (preferred)
- Associates degree in computer science or related field
- Experience supporting PC hardware and software
- Working knowledge of Windows and office 365
- Strong attention to detail
- Exhibits excellent customer service to assess needs and provide information and assistance
- Identifies problems; determines accuracy and uses sound judgement to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations
- Good communication ability, both written and verbal
- Personable, professional demeanor
