Executive Sous Chef - Private Club

Park House is a private members-only club opening a second location in Houston at the end of Q4 2023. Park House is dedicated to curating world class, culturally enriched experiences both in and beyond the house. Our exclusive, diverse membership stretches across epicureans, creatives, entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and beyond. We are exchanging ideas, dining, dancing and otherwise elevating the everyday.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• At least 10 years managing high-volume Luxury Restaurants or Luxury Hotel Culinary operation
• Understand, maintain, and enforce local and government regulated food safety, risk prevention, fire prevention and emergency procedures to ensure the safety of all staff and guests
• Monitor, assess, report and develop action items to support service trends, guest/member/staff surveys
• Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing Culinary operations that focus on service and providing top quality experiences through food.
• Creative and analytical thinker who encompasses strong business aptitude is driven by results and guest satisfaction. Naturally hospitable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal/external) as well as highly organized, efficient and detail oriented
