We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative who is a road warrior with a hunter mentality, ready to dominate the multifamily market. If you're a cold calling and closing machine with a passion for business development and a proven track record of closing deals, this is the opportunity for you!

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to sell Parking Permits and the innovative technology that helps onsite teams control parking with ease. Your territory will include apartment communities, where you will be carving out a seat at the apartment association in your state. You will be an active participant in all apartment association events, including trade shows, ensuring our presence is felt across the industry.

Position Summary:

This role combines outside sales cold calling with remote work. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and approach each sale with an ownership mentality. Your job will directly support the business development of our digital parking permit solution by nurturing leads through the entire sales cycle with apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cold Calling & Business Development: Engage in high-volume cold calling apartment communities a day and relationship-building to generate new leads and close sales within the multifamily sector.

- Market Penetration: Strategically sell Parking Permits and related technology to apartment communities, establishing our brand as the go-to solution in your territory.

- Industry Involvement: Actively participate in apartment association events, including trade shows, networking opportunities, and industry meetings.

- Adaptability: Lead and take direction with agility, able to pivot strategies as needed to meet the ever-changing demands of the market.

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, decision-makers, and stakeholders within the multifamily space.

- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, including pipeline development and progress towards sales targets.

- Customer Support: Provide responsive ongoing customer support to maximize client retention.

-Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, and reports to potential clients, management, and customers.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outside sales.

- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

- Strong business development skills with a focus on driving revenue growth.

- Self-motivated, with a competitive spirit and a hunter mentality.

- Ability to lead initiatives while also taking direction as needed.

- Flexibility to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.

- Experience with apartment associations and trade shows is a plus.

- Competency in utilizing email, Google Meet, Zoom, Zoho CRM, and Microsoft Office.

- Extreme comfort with mapping out and driving throughout your territory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits & Wages:

- Salary: $65,000 Commission
