ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR
Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, is a 142-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, located in Morris, Illinois. We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Admissions Director with skilled nursing experience.
Job Description
The Admissions Director is responsible for coordinating the admission of new & returning residents/patients to our Senior Housing Campus consisting of Skilled Nursing Care Residences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain & be the line of communication with hospital staff, families, nursing and other vital facility staff.
Receive all inquiries regarding perspective residents to determine possible admission in coordination with the nursing team.
Conduct tours of the facility to perspective residents
Provide excellent customer service, while fielding inquiries regarding our services
Support the facility's philosophy of care & strive to achieve its goals & objectives
Job Requirements:
Must be able to project a warm, friendly and sympathetic interest to all
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members and visitors
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions
Must be flexible to meet changing situations
