- Must hold and maintain a valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License to practice in the state of Ohio.
- Ability to establish rapport and motivate patients
- Collaboration with patients, families, peers, healthcare professionals, and staff
- Adaptability to patient and environmental changes
- Preferably experienced with adult or geriatric populations, though not mandatory
- Desired but not mandatory: experience in home healthcare
- Access to reliable transportation for home health visits
- A passion for assisting patients in their improvement journey
- Job Type: Full-time position
- Salary: $30.00 - $33.00 per visit
- Benefits: Flexible schedule
