Park Rite is hiring for Part-Time Cashiers in Royal Oak!
Job Summary:
Our Cashiers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner, while helping to deliver a positive parking experience. While the main responsibility is to be an excellent cashier, this position also requires light maintenance and amazing phone skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls
- Call logging
- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
- light maintenance
Requirements and skills:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
- Ability to manage people in a public setting with a great attitude
- High school degree
- Previous customer service experience required
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
