**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities, including order fulfillment, inventory control, and warehouse management. **Responsibilities:** - Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment - Pick and pack orders for shipment - Fabricate and build crates as needed - Perform inventory control tasks to maintain accurate stock levels - Operate cranes and other machinery safely and efficiently - Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations in all warehouse operations - Assist in maintaining a clean and organized distribution center - Support warehouse management in optimizing processes for efficiency **Qualifications:** - Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred - Proficiency in order fulfillment processes - Knowledge of inventory control practices - Ability to operate cranes and other equipment safely - Familiarity with picking, packing, and shipping procedures - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work - Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly warehouse environment This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic warehouse setting with room for growth and development.
