**Overview:** We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team at a fine dining restaurant. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the overall dining experience is memorable for our guests. **Responsibilities:** - Manage multiple tables at once, ensuring each guest receives prompt and attentive service. - Utilize Aloha POS and OpenTable systems to accurately process orders and manage reservations. - Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed. - Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and efficiency. - Provide a high level of customer service, responding to guest inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly. - Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of food. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared promptly and to the guests' satisfaction. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer guest questions and make recommendations. - Upsell and promote specials and promotions as necessary. - Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to the restaurant's dress code and policies. **Requirements:** - Prior experience as a Server in a fine dining environment. - Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures. - Proficiency with Aloha POS and OpenTable systems. - Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately. - Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tables simultaneously. - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service. - Familiarity with fine dining service standards and expectations. - Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move quickly around the dining area. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
