Duties:
- Assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
- Maintain accurate and organized files for all property-related documents
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports
- Assist with contract management, including reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and maintenance requests
- Assist with facilities management, including monitoring building systems and coordinating repairs
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance to tenants and prospective tenants
- Ensure phone etiquette is professional and courteous at all times

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and record keeping
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of CMMS software or willingness to learn
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors
