The following is a list of your initial day-to-day duties and responsibilities with Park7 Management.
- Answer phones; greet residents, prospective residents, and vendors.
- Take resident work orders and follow the company’s policy on follow up and closeout.
- Perform all general typing at the request of the Property Manager and file all relevant documentation to resident files and work order files
- Collect rent under the supervision of the Property Manager
- Assist in the organization of resident social functions and communications.
- Deliver resident notices and/or newsletters as needed.
- Run amenities and make regular inspections of the amenities, model, grounds, buildings, and clubhouse.
- Post to and maintain social media accounts
- Log and sort packages and mail
- Rotate on-call service to residents
- You must arrive at work at the start of your shift. If you are not able to work your shift, a change form must be completed and approved by a manager. If no one is available to work your shift, we expect you to be there.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned.
