Park7 Group, a National Student Housing Developer, is completing a large Student Housing Apartment Complex in Flagstaff, AZ, and is looking for a Summer Paid Intern.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO WORK ON

• Collaborate with General Contractor, Park7’s Owners Rep, Property Management, Subcontractors, and Vendors.
• Assist Owners Rep with General Contractor Punch Out Oversight.
• Assist with Owner Furniture Installation Oversight.
• Assist with Interior Designer and FF&E (furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) Installation Oversight.
• Assist with project turn over from General Contractor to Property Management.
• Assist with project closeout.
• Participate in understanding construction operations, logistics and schedule functions to ensure deadlines and project delivery dates are achieved.
• Ad-hoc remote assistance with National Capital Improvement Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

YOU COULD BE THE RIGHT PERSON IF YOU HAVE:

• A Positive attitude
• Construction Management Studies or General Construction Experience
• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs - 75 lbs in a physical environment
• Ability to work full-time from 8:30am - 5:30pm and/or weekends as needed
• Ability to Commute (Required, in-person Flagstaff, AZ)
