Position Summary:
This role will report to the HR Leader and serves as a consultant/coach to the Chomerics Woburn, MA site hourly team member population. The HR Generalist II will perform a variety of professional level duties, as well as administrative duties, in areas of employee relations, and talent management. Participates on cross-functional initiatives, special projects and process improvement initiatives. The HR business partner will collaborate with and influence business leaders to ensure the continuity and alignment of business objectives.
