**Description**
Responsibilities:
- Sets up bar for the day with necessary supplies.
- Sets tables in front of Lemonade Stand.
- Greets guests according to standards.
- Takes food and beverage orders from guests at the bar, the tables and the Petanque court
- Delivers orders to guests in a timely manner.
- Prepares drinks for servers quickly.
- Assists guests in other needs they might have at the pool.
- Prepares checks, collects payments and follows cashiering procedures
- Responsible for ensuring bar and activities areas are neat and clean
- Maintains guests satisfaction as his/her priority.
- Has good knowledge of and helps guests with questions about our activities: Petanque, Croquet, Tennis and bikes.
- Closes down bar and activities areas at end of day and ensures everything is locked up correctly.
- Cleans and neatens bar, all fridges and bar storage areas regularly.
- Prepares weekly supplies order
- Prepares monthly inventory.
- Follows and works according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other tasks as required.
