Position Overview:

The prominent Real Estate Practice Group of this top firm seeks a general Commercial Real Estate Associate with 4 to 5 years of broad experience in real estate law ranging from sales and acqusitions to development, construction, and leasing. This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated matters alongside a team experienced in a diverse range of transactions, representing every type of player in the real estate market.

Requirements:

• Excellent professional and academic credentials
• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience (sales and acquisitions, development, construction, and leasing) at a law firm
• Exceptional legal skills overall
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• JD from a top tier law school
• New York bar admission

Compensation & Benefits: $235,000-$250,000 -- The salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
