Parker, Simon & Kokolis, LLC is Hiring a Paralegal Near Rockville, MD
Local law firm is looking for an experienced legal assistant. This person must be extremely organized, be able to multi-task, and have experience with case management.
Job Duties include:
- Assist litigation attorneys in case management focusing on creditor representation in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia at the state and Federal level.
- Prepare pleadings, motions, and post-judgment recovery actions in active litigation.
- Review and file all other documents relevant to court actions.
- Organization of case management.
- Maintain litigation calendar and perform general administrative duties.
The position is open immediately and located in Rockville, MD. The starting salary is $40-$45K depending on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
