As the utility players of our dealership, our Lot Attendants play a critical role in maintaining the upkeep and organization of our properties, showrooms, and dealership vehicles. We are looking for proactive, self-motivated go-getters, who have flexible schedules, and can work both independently and collaboratively with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain general appearance and upkeep of the dealership and other properties, including seasonal tasks like snow plowing, weeding, and leaf blowing.
• Organize, clean, and manage vehicles in the showroom and on the lot
• Assist with vehicle inventory deliveries and ensure vehicles are in pristine condition
• Drive and drop off/pick up vehicles in many different locations
• Perform varying tasks inside and outside the dealership

Requirements:

• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work without a lot of direction
• Able to work outside in all North Idaho weather conditions
• Flexible schedule with availability to come in early or stay late when needed (some evenings & weekend shifts required)
• Willing to work in a team atmosphere
• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license with a good driving record
• Willing to submit to background checks and drug screenings
