Chemical Mixing Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS (include but are not limited to)

-Must have good analytical and math skills

-Must have good written and verbal communications skills

-Must have the ability to work independently while accomplishing numerous job requirements

-Must have a record of dependability and good attendance

-Must be willing to work overtime as needed (including holidays and weekends)

DUTIES (include but are not limited to)

-Report to Chemical Mixing Manager.

-Follow production schedule for chemical mixing. Gather all materials needed for production and follow written instructions to manufacture products.

-Inspect incoming materials and place into inventory, following FIFO guidelines

-Rotate chemical inventory as needed

-Prepare orders for shipment per customer requirements

-Inspect, monitor, and operate all equipment relating to chemical mixing operations (pumps, mixing tanks, forklifts, meters, etc.)

-Monitor/record all required information (tank levels, chemical usage, weights, etc.)

-Maintain Chemical Mixing areas, and keep in good condition and actively participate in 5S and improvement programs

Hours are Monday-Friday 1^st shift
