General Statement of Duties
This non-exempt, full-time position is responsible for front desk reception operations and will serve as the primary in-person interface with customers. Responsibilities include welcoming, assisting and directing customers and visitors. Managing mail and deliveries for several District facilities, performing clerical duties and other related tasks as assigned by the Customer Relations Manager. This position performs duties in a manner consistent with the stated vision, mission and values of the District.
Supervision Received
Works under the direct supervision of the Customer Relations Manager.
