As a Valet Senior Guest Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our valet team, ensuring the seamless delivery of exceptional guest service and consistently exceeding guest expectations.
YResponsibilities include overseeing the hiring, training, and discipline / accountability of staff, cultivating relationships with associates and managing each account, handling revenue, payroll, and claims, and actively participating in shifts.
