Perched atop the Embassy Suites in Downtown Asheville, guests will enjoy sweeping, unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a casual atmosphere worth visiting time and time again. It’s an approachable hangout spot for locals and an inventive, only-in-Asheville setting for visitors. The restaurant opens March 2023 and is located at 192 Haywood Street, Asheville, NC 28801.The RoleAs a Cook, you’re not just preparing orders – you’re a culinary artist, infusing passion and precision into every creation to delight our guests’ palates.

What You'll Do
- Prepare and execute a diverse range of dishes with precision and creativity, following our recipes and presentation standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are consistently met.
- Embrace the challenge of delivering culinary excellence in a dynamic rooftop setting.
- Uphold the reputation of Soprana as a culinary destination through your dedication and artistry.
- Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant, especially in upscale or rooftop settings, is required. Previous experience in an upscale pizza establishment is a plus.
