What You'll Do
- Assist in the daily operations for all food and beverage outlets and banquets at both hotels.
- Ensure shift coverage for outlets, create staffing schedules, and implement cost controls.
- Conduct inventory, address guest feedback, and ensure compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
- Assist with recruiting, training, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Resolve guest issues with patience and a can-do attitude, collaborating with the team to meet guest requests.
- You have a passion for delivering quality service in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Previous hospitality experience required, with a focus on guest service.
- Strong communication and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with technology and flexible with scheduling.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm in all situations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
