Touchpoints Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist to join the Hartford team!
Responsibilities:
•Evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment
•Administers treatments as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability
•Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning
•Coordinates, delegates and supervises responsibilities assigned to supportive staff
•Ensures patient changes are accurate and documented on a timely basis
Qualifications:
•Current State of CT Physical Therapy Licensure
•3 or more years of previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy, preferred
•Working knowledge of various software programs, required
