Ability to analyze blueprint specifications, materials take off, proposals and other documents to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for projects or services.
** Requirements **
Knowledge of construction materials and methods used in the restaurant / retail / theater / healthcare industry is preferred . The qualified candidate must have a minimum 3 years of estimating experience. Proficient in computer applications, preferably Word and Excel, and a working knowledge of iSqFt and Procore is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Construction related degree is a plus.
