Parkway's atmosphere has a friendly attitude and informal work environment. The ideal candidate must be able to consult with clients and vendors to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Ability to analyze blueprint specifications, materials take off, proposals and other documents to prepare time, cost and labor estimates for projects or services.

** Requirements **

Knowledge of construction materials and methods used in the restaurant / retail / theater / healthcare industry is preferred . The qualified candidate must have a minimum 3 years of estimating experience. Proficient in computer applications, preferably Word and Excel, and a working knowledge of iSqFt and Procore is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Construction related degree is a plus.
