Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Agent in Charge (AIC). As an AIC, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to supervision of Budtender's (DA's), leading specific departments, and dispensary operations. Responsibilities:

- Oversee Dispensary Agent's and provide support as well as leading specific departments within the dispensary

- Communicate with clients and customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Support the Assistant Dispensary Manager in overseeing day-to-day retail operations

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise

- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction

- Supervise and train new team members as well as organize your shift

Experience/Skills:

- Dispensary experience is preferred

- Previous experience in a similar role, such as retail management or a supervisor, is also preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, customers, and team members

- Vast knowledge of different cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is preferred

- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and inspire a team

- Ability to difuse situations in a positive manner wihtout escalation, unless needed

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Familiarity with various dispensary operations along with rules and regulations such as intaking deliveries, etc

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
