NURSE ASSISTANT* Location: Central High9.5 Months 7 Hours Open Date: 05/21/2024 Closing Date: 07/08/2024Starting Pay: $15.75 (and up depending on experience)
Essential Job FunctionsResponsibilities include assisting the nurse in health related tasks such as maintaining health files, updating immunization records, responding to emergency situations with students and staff, medication administration, and providing minor first aid to students. Persons with health care experience (i.e. CNA, MA or LPN) encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a health care setting preferred
- Knowledge of computers or willingness to learn
- CPR/First Aid certified or willingness to obtain
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Excellent attendance
- Mobility to move in and around buildings
