Responsibilities:
- Preparation and production of doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed
- Package finished products for display or sale
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a bakery or food production environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients is a plus
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products
- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
