    Parmele Law Firm is seeking full-time Customer Service / Administrative Support to join our team! Below is more information about the requirements, qualifications and job descriptions associated with this job opening.

    We are looking for up-and-coming employees to help us grow. When our clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period.

    Our Customer Service Representatives provide our clients the ultimate telephone experience and take care of the behind the scenes work as well.

    It requires the right combination of telephone skills, administration skills, empathy, and ability to ask the right questions.

    If that's you, you'll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences. This important position involves complete administrative duties related to each of our client's cases.

    Job Duties :

    • Daily scheduling of in person and over the phone new client appointments.
    • Assist with questions before and after an intake.
    • Ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures.
    • Review client matters and assist at all levels of the intake process.
    • Follow-up with prospective clients.

    Qualifications :

    • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
    • Sales experience strongly preferred.
    • Always displaying professional demeanor.
    • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Strong work ethic and high level of personal integrity, dependability, and accountability.
    • Deadline and detail-oriented.
