The service driven Front Desk Agent provides courteous, prompt service to our guests by answering phones, making reservations, checking guests in/out, and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a memorable experience. We Are Currently Looking For aAdventureland Inn - Front Desk Roles & Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
Uses property management system to make reservations, check in and checkout guests, process payments, maintain a cash drawer and operate office equipment.
Operates PBX switchboard in an efficient and professional manner and answers and transfers calls
Provides highest level of service by anticipating, listening attentively, and responding promptly to guest's requests and complaints
Quickly and politely responds to guest issues with resolutions that may require “thinking outside the box”
Maintains the front desk area clean and neat by sanitizing surfaces and office equipment
Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the property
Complies with all standard operating procedures
Accurately document the happenings of the overnight shift and email a detailed report to the directors
Maintain knowledge of how to sell and create season passes
Promptly reports any maintenance issues
Delivers guest amenities as requested
Cooperates with other departments to provide a positive guest experience
Monitors the building and responds to emergencies as needed
Operates the Trolley Stop cash register from time to time
Performs additional duties as assigned by Front Desk Director, Assistant Front Desk Director, or General Manager
