The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Rides Department office, ensuring a productive, efficient, and organized work environment. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and executives.
We Are Currently Looking For aKennywood - Operations Department Office Supervisor
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Office Administration:
    • Manage day-to-day office operations
    • Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced as needed
    • Coordinate repairs and maintenance for the office space
    • Assist in onboarding new employees
    • Manage and support office staff
    • Address employee inquiries and provide general support
    • Review weekly schedules
    • Monitor labor budgets and office budgets ensuring cost-effectiveness
    • Review payroll.
    • Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
    • Provide training and updates on policies
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
    • Facilitate effective communication between departments and staff members
    • Maintain accurate records of office activities, expenses, and employee information
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
    • Organize department motivation and department activities
    • Manage electronic and physical filing systems
  • Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role. (preferred)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and office management software.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
    • Available a minimum of 40 hours per week
