Summary:The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing day to day operations of campground rooms including training, accountability, restroom cleanliness and sanitation. Major areas of responsibility/management include housekeeping, laundry, and commercial areas. Assists in hiring, scheduling, and reporting.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Cleans and maintains all restrooms facilities used by guests inside the rooms and/or campground
• Cleans rooms as a member of the team as needed
• TM placement and break rotation
• Train team members on cleanliness procedures.
• Utilize approved chemicals/PPE in order to effectively clean any/all protein spills
• Practices, teaches and enforces proper safety guidelines adhering to company policy and local Health Department requirements
• Manages Team Member and Lead activities ensuring all break and labor guidelines are followed
• Leads team in Guest Service interactions and friendliness standards
• Maintains cleanliness of campground areas
• Interfaces with warehouse on product and supply needs
• Interfaces with maintenance on all equipment or physical plant needs
• Completes schedules as required according to company guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

RequirementsEducation: High School diploma recommended

Experience: Previous supervisory experience preferred. License to operate motor vehicles with clean driving record required

Any Other Relevant Comments:Must be able to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time. This position is subject to outside environmental conditions. Shifts include days, weekends, and holidays. Hours of work extend beyond 9-5pm
