Park Services Leads are responsible for overall park cleanliness and appearance, as well as managing Park Services Team Members

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Park Services team member
• Ensure all employees are given breaks in a timely manner as well as adhering to Wisconsin Labor Laws
• Ensure trash receptacles are emptied and replaced in a timely manner
• Respond to clean-up calls including fecal, vomit, and food spills
• Roam entire assigned area assisting guests and employees
• Handle customer concerns including lost children
• Ensure employees have necessary supplies to perform duties
• Audit bathroom and overall park cleanliness
• Help as necessary to ensure park cleanliness
• Assist in other departments as needed
• Perform any additional duties asked by Lead, Supervisor, or manager
• Provide excellent Guest service

• Must be 18 years old
• Endure long hours of continuous work on your feet
• Capability to lift moderate weight (10-40 lbs)
• Ability to sweep, push, lift, bend, etc.
• Ability to work in various weather and temperature conditions
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work with cleaning agents/chemicals
• Demonstrate proper use and maintenance of equipment (brooms, chemicals, etc.)
• Availability to work before and after park operating hours
• Comply to all uniform policies
• Demonstrate excellent Guest Service
