Parr Business Law, an independent law practice in Vancouver, BC, is in search of a Full-Time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Our practice focuses on various aspects of business law, including incorporations, agreements, M&A transactions, and intellectual property issues. We also handle wills, estates, trusts, and estate planning, catering to a diverse clientele in British Columbia.
We specialize in providing comprehensive legal advice to businesses, entrepreneurs, and their families and enjoy an excellent reputation. In addition to providing outstanding legal services, our vision is to become the “go to” educators on estate planning and business law topics in Canada through our unique video and other social media content.
ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a high-performing individual who can adapt to different tasks. You must be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support. Your commitment to enhancing client experiences is essential.
Candidates who reside in or near Vancouver are preferred as this role requires working in-office 3-4 days per week.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
In the role of Administrative Assistant at Parr Business Law, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Your tasks will include:
We require at least one year of relevant experience or education and proficiency in Google Workspace. Experience in a legal or professional environment is an asset, but not required.
