Are you a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Professional with Electro-Optical (EO), Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), or Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) experience? Can you extract, analyze, store, and incorporate data into finished intelligence products? Imagine yourself working on top level critical network defense missions alongside other seasoned professionals. Parsons is now hiring a senior-level GEOINT EO / SAR Analyst with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our US Army Pacific (USARPAC) customer. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for analyzing overhead and aerial imagery. Provide teams with critical information about enemy forces, potential battle areas, and combat operations support Conduct exploitation, development, and distribution of geospatial intelligence products to support customer missions Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance Compile and maintain imagery and target data Prepare maps, charts, reports, and geo-spatial intelligence Provide analysis and research of industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerabilities Perform quality control of GEOINT reports before release Prepare assessments of current events based on the collection, research, and analysis of classified and open source information Collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes Support a team of intelligence analysts and interface with the government customer on deliverables, requirements, and GEOINT products Exploit and analyze multi-sensor imagery and geospatial data Analyze terrain and structures to determine usability and possible threats NOTE: Shift work required REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 10 years' relevant experience with Masters in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree (BA 16 years; HS 20 years) 10 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis Detailed knowledge of various GEOINT collection sensors, platforms, and sources within collection disciplines, including associated collection strategies and tasking procedures for Electro-Optical (EO) Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR) Detailed knowledge of a wide range of GEOINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines' policy and operations Understanding of the procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking Detailed knowledge of targeting principals associated with GEOINT platforms, publicly available information, and open source networks Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings Valid US Passport Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Prior service Army Geospatial Intelligence Imagery Analyst (35G) previous experience working GEOINT analytical support with a focus on VEO INDOPACOM threat is highly preferred Experience supporting USARPAC GEOINT Intelligence analysis Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence and or operations Working knowledge of GEOINT sub-disciplines to include Moving Target Indicator (MTI) and non-imaging infrared and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) Knowledge of Socet GXP, IEC, NES, ENVI, AGITK, eTPR, VAP, Cedalion, ArcGIS and ESRI tools and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Top Secret SCI This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
