Particle Dynamics is a global leader in oral solid dosage (OSD) processing, delivery technologies and finished dose manufacturing for the nutraceutical, consumer health, OTC, and pharmaceutical sectors. The company provides a wide range of products and services, including formulation development, commercial manufacturing, API development, and packaging. POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Marketing Manager is an integral part of the commercial team and a partner to the leadership team, finance, supply, and demand functions. The Marketing Manager will have the responsibility of the marketing activities for positioning Particle Dynamics as a leader in oral solid dosage (OSD) technologies for the pharmaceutical sector. The marketing manager has responsibility for product management, marketing strategies & campaigns, and market development. The purpose of this position is for marketing planning, strategy implementation, and directing overall marketing activities as well as establishing and managing effective programs to coach, appraise and train commercial team. The position is remote and will require approximately 25% travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead/execute the marketing activities of Particle Dynamics to develop positioning and go-to-market strategy for our product portfolio.
  • Develop annual strategic and tactical marketing plans including budget and timeline and socialize them with internal and external partners. Update plans quarterly based on opportunities and channel feedback.
  • Develop messaging and tools that communicate the value and brand directly to the target audience through multiple channels, including sales force, digital marketing, events, and word of mouth strategy.
  • Execute/lead all external communication including press releases, social media posts, conferences, white papers, webinars, etc.
  • Develop and cultivate external partnerships as collaborators and speakers during these educational activities.
  • Maintain relevant knowledge of driven activities and develop effective countermeasures.
  • Evaluate the efficiency of channel programs and improve upon them.
  • Performs detailed analysis and routine reporting around business performance and segmentation.
  • Develop and manage budgeting and planning on a regular basis
  • Responsible for adapting & rationalizing global campaigns and programs for execution to establish strong customer and category positions and achieve the business target.
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy & campaign, communication deliverables, digital, web contents
  • Develop and execute a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy
  • Plan and execute customer events around portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Shown experience in a strategic role working collaboratively and independently to get results.
  • Provides routine updates through verbal and written communication of successes, failures, best practices, and more to improve the overall operating efficiency

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • BA or BS (advanced degree a plus) in business with minor in marketing
  • 10 years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, and project management in life science CDMO
